Examples: Use the right size ball for the coupler on the trailer. Hook up a trailer yourself, without a backup camera or helper. Extreme safety diligence when connecting the truck and trailer, making sure to fully seat the ball, immediately latch and lock the coupler, and hook up safety chains before finishing other tasks like plugging in the 7-pin cable, or stowing the jack. Adjusting your trailer brakes for the weight of your cargo and traction conditions. Using a diesel exhaust brake. Back a truck and trailer up a curvy driveway. Always braking early. Never following too closely. Always driving defensively, looking out for unaware motorists. What do you do when the trailer sways? What does it mean if the rear end of your truck is jouncing over small bumps? (1 = No Experience. 2 = Some Experience. 3 = Highly Skilled.)
